60 sec march or jog in place

50 vanity push ups

20 pile squats

25 jumping jacks


Morning workout

5 push ups

10 crunches

10 mountain climbers

20 squats

10 lunges

30 calf raises


Before bed workout

25 crunches

15 squats

10 push ups

15 leg lifts

30 sec planks
Started my first day of work at my new job. It’s retail and practically vacation compared to my last job.
